“We understand how important health insurance is to our patients,” said Matt Miller, director of contracts and payer relations for Salem Health. “Salem Health is the premier provider of health care in the region, and we are pleased to be moving forward with UnitedHealthcare on a new agreement and ensuring access to services for our shared patients.”

“We appreciate the important role Salem Health plays as a local provider of health care services, and we are grateful for its commitment to improving health care quality and reducing costs,” said Tandy Kooch-Cleaver, CEO, UnitedHealthcare of Oregon. “Our renewed relationship will lay the foundation for continued collaboration and will ensure thousands of people in Salem continue to receive quality care.”
