Types of virtual care
Primary care video visits
Connect with a Salem Health provider on a video call using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Video visits are scheduled according to your provider’s availability — just like in-person appointments.

Urgent care video visits
Talk with a Salem Health Urgent Care provider on a same-day video call using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Urgent care video visits are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis — just like in-person appointments.

On-demand video visits
On-demand video visits let you talk with a provider without scheduling an appointment. Answer a few questions, add yourself to a virtual waiting room, and we'll notify you when a provider is ready.

E-visits are a great way to get medical advice about new, non-urgent symptoms or questions. Your Salem Health provider reviews your e-visit andresponds within two business days.

Urgent care e-visits
Urgent care e-visits are a great way to get same-day medical advice from a Salem Health provider. After submitting the e-visit, urgent care providers respond within four hours (during business hours).
