The Family Birth Center is located in Building D on the Salem Health campus in Salem, Oregon.
The daytime drop-off area is right outside the entrance. For your safety, patient drop-off between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. is in the emergency room entrance.
Information desks are located at all major building entrances. Our volunteers and security personnel are happy to help you find your way anytime, day or night.
Long-term parking is available in the visitor parking garage on the corner of Mission Street and Capitol Street. All visitors and support people must use the visitor parking garage.
After 9 p.m. other family members attending a birth need to enter through the emergency room entrance as well. They will be given a map to help guide them to your room.
Check in with the admitting registrar at the desk on the third floor of the Family Birth Center. Late at night, the registrar will come to your bedside to register you for your hospital stay.
