March 24: Clinics temporarily close/consolidate

To help provide the services we need for our community during this time, Salem Health Medical Clinics’ primary care providers will be consolidating care to three locations: Boulder Creek, Edgewater and Uglow Ave.
Providers will continue to see patients virtually and (if appropriate) in person at one of these three clinics. You may virtually see a provider who otherwise is not your primary care. For locations and hours for these clinics, please visit our primary care website or call 503-814-4400.
The urgent care clinic in Salem continues to be open regular hours. We have also added more virtual visit options for urgent care.
Salem Health continues to offer in-person respiratory visits at our Woodburn, River Road South and Dallas clinics. Call 503-814-0099 if you have respiratory symptoms.
