Central Health & Wellness Center
Salem Health works with Polk County Public Health, Polk County Behavioral Health and Capitol Dental to improve access and care for Central School District students through a certified school-based health center in Independence.

The Service Integration program matches individuals’ and families’ needs to local resources. It works through a network of agency and community partners, including West Valley Hospital.
