Lab begins new LIS; test coming by Sept. 30

Salem Health Laboratories is switching to a new Lab Information System. To test your ability to receive results, please expect a test via fax between Sept. 5 and 30 (see example below) as we work through the process.
Important: We need confirmation that you received the test result. Fax or email the result with your signature and the name of your clinic written on the report.

The test patient result will be clearly marked. If you don’t get the test by Sept. 30, contact Client Services at 503-814-5224 or email us.
If you currently receive results via an interface with your EMR, you’ll receive a paper result as part of this process. We still need you to confirm receipt of the paper result. Our transition will include establishing a new interface with your clinic. Tish Goss will be in touch to speak with you about that project.
