How to use new Epic features starting May 18

To learn more about the Epic 21.11 Upgrade on May 18, visit our training page: Epic Sharepoint site. There will be no in-person classroom training. 

A smooth go-live depends on training, so we encourage you to review the documents over the next few weeks. If you have any questions regarding training, please contact Richard Harwell. Additional information to know about the upgrade:

• Downtime on May 18 is from 2 to 4 p.m. while changes are applied to the system.   
• Command Center open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. to focus on issue resolution during go-live.
