Movement towards the upgrade to Epic 21.11 in May is well underway, with a plan to upgrade on May 18, 2022. This upgrade will provide a better overall experience for patients and increase efficiency with daily workflows. The plan for Epic build training and go-live is complete. Here’s the schedule:
• May 2: Training materials will be available (mostly tip sheets)
• May 13: PRD lockdown/build freeze (final preparation for go-live)
• May 18: Go-live (Epic downtime scheduled from 2 to 4 a.m.)
