3 cups strawberries, washed and hulled
2 tablespoons fresh basil, washed and chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a bowl, slice the strawberries into bite sized pieces. Combine ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately or chill for a while to let flavors mingle.
