We accept appointments for:

  • Minor breathing problems
  • Ear infections, earaches, lodged foreign objects and wax buildup
  • Pink eye, red eye or sties
  • Migraines and headaches
  • Sprains, strains or broken bones
  • Skin rashes, minor burns, cuts/scrapes, bites, and abscesses/boils
  • Stomach and digestion problems
  • Urinary system problems
  • Sexually transmitted infections
  • New work injuries (workers’ compensation)
  • Physical exams for school and sports
  • Minor motor vehicle accidents (initial visit only)

To make your wait as short as possible, please bring your insurance information and ID with you to your appointment.

  • As of Jan. 1, 2025, Salem Health does not accept BlueCross BlueShield insurance. Click here to learn more.
  • We are unable to see patients under the age of 3 months.
  • We do not offer intravenous (IV) fluids or medications.
  • We do not have narcotic medications on site.
  • We do not order advanced imaging (MRI or CT).
  • We do not submit referrals for specialists or preauthorizations for procedures.
