Weather updates and closures

Below are the statuses for the Salem Health facilities impacted by the winter storm.

All information below is for Friday, Feb. 14, 2025.

Cardiology

• Clinic opens at 10 a.m.

Community Health Education Center (CHEC)

• Closed
  

Health Information Management (medical records)

• Closed onsite; available remotely

Infusion Center (Salem)

• Clinic will open at 9:30 a.m. and close by 6 p.m.

Medical Clinics (primary care)

• All clinics will offer virtual visits in the morning, transitioning back to in-person visits after 1 p.m.

Midwives and OB/GYN

• Open 8:30 a.m.

Neurology

• Open at 8 a.m. for in-person and virtual visits

Occupational Medicine

• Clinic will open at 10 a.m.

Orthopedics (Salem and Keizer)

• Clinic will open at 1 p.m.

Pain Clinic

• Virtual appointments only

Plastic Surgery

• Closed

Rehabilitation Center (Building M)

• Clinic opens at 10 a.m.

Sleep Center

• Virtual appointments

Surgical Specialty Clinics (cardiothoracic, general and vascular surgery)

• General Surgery: Late start 9:30 a.m.
• General Surgery – Dallas: Late start 1 p.m.
• Vascular: Normal operating hours
• Cardiothoracic Surgery: Closed

Urology

• Clinic will open at 1 p.m.

West Valley Hospital infusion and wound care services

• Closed. All patients have been rescheduled to weekend visits or will be seen by their home health nurse.

All other Salem Health facilities are operating under normal hours. These hours are subject to change as conditions continue to evolve.
