Not too late to join our panel to help nurses

Help grads build strong relationships, deliver collaborative care

Thank you to the many Salem Health providers who have expressed interest in joining our upcoming panel discussions with new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) during their residency program. We appreciate you!

Still want to join? It’s not too late! Here are the key details:

• Purpose: Share your experiences and perspectives to help new nurses improve communication and foster stronger nurse/provider relationships.
• Panel format: Includes guided discussions and a Q&A to encourage open dialogue. Prompts will be provided, but additional insights are welcome!
• Commitment: Panels are scheduled from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 27, April 24, July 31, Aug. 28, Sept. 25 and Oct. 23. You’re welcome to join one or more sessions. Ideally, each panel will include three to four providers.
