Kacy L. Bradshaw, NNP

Bio
Kacy worked as a bedside nurse in various Neonatal Intensive Care Units across the country before going back to school to become a nurse practitioner. She firmly believes that Salem Health provides higher quality family-care in its NICU than she has witnessed in all her travels. She believes that the best way to ensure a baby's health is to prepare the family to care for him/her following discharge. When she is not caring for patients and their families, she enjoys camping, listening to music and audio books, traveling and spending time with her husband and daughters.

Interests
Along with enjoying the daily care of her patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Kacy has special interests in patient safety, quality improvement work and family integrated care. Kacy acts as the provider representative for the Parent Action Committee and Parent Mentors in the NICU at Salem Health.
