Bio
Dr. Stack was born in Boulder, Colorado, but has lived in Oregon since the third grade. He graduated from high school in Hillsboro, Oregon. He did his undergraduate work at Stanford University and attended medical school at OHSU in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Stack did his internship in Internal Medicine at Good Samaritan and Emanuel Hospitals in Portland. He then completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at OHSU, followed by a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Dotter Interventional Institute at OHSU. He joined Salem Radiology Consultants in 2000. Dr. Stack and his wife Drissana Tran, MD, live in Salem with their two sons, Ian and Austin. They enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and being active.
