Caitlin J. Dougherty, FNP

Bio
Caitlin (she/her) graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and went on to practice internal medicine and sleep medicine at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia before relocating to Salem. She believes in developing a relationship with each patient, respecting individual preferences and values in order to tailor care to each patient's wants and needs. This relationship allows her to provide focused care and education to help patients meet their health goals. Outside of work, she enjoys running, cycling, reading and travel.

Interests
Along with practicing sleep medicine, Caitlin has clinical interests in family healthcare, preventive care, and global health.
