Ashley J. Stinger, FNP

Bio
Born and raised in Oregon, Ashley (she/her) has spent most of her life in Salem. Prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner, Ashley spent 10 years as a RN. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse before transitioning to cardiovascular ICU nursing at Salem Health in 2017. The fast-paced, critical environment of the ICU solidified her commitment to providing high-quality care and making a meaningful impact on her patients' lives. She does this by building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and empowering them to take control of their health. She aims to educate, collaborate and create personalized care plans that support each patient’s unique wellness journey. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors—whether it's working out, golfing, paddle boarding, or spending time with her family and dogs. She also loves reading, discovering new podcasts, traveling and trying new restaurants.

Interests
Ashley is passionate about both preventive medicine and chronic care management for patients of all ages. Her areas of interest are women’s and children’s health, cardiology and sports medicine.
