Bio
Tamara Mullins (she/her) earned her FNP from Graceland University, and has practiced family medicine in Salem, providing care to patients of all ages for more than six years. She believes in fostering a sense of inclusion and values open communication with patients to keep them educated and informed about their care. She has a specific interest in oncology and maintains her OCN licensure so that she can stay involved with her patients' treatment and teach them effective methods of self-care to manage the side effects related to chemo/immunotherapy. When she is not providing care for patients, she stays active and enjoys baking, biking, music and time with her family.
Interests
Along with practicing family medicine, Tamara Mullins FNP-BC has a special interest in oncology and continues to maintain her OCN licensure. She particularly enjoys teaching patients about self care and side-effect management related to chemo/immunotherapy. She also has a strong interest in urgent care.
