David R. McWhorter, PA-C

Bio
David McWhorter is an Illinois native raised in a small rural Midwest community. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, he served in the U.S. Navy as a combat navy corpsman, and worked as a nationally certified surgical technologist and surgical first assistant. He earned his Master of Medical Science degree from Marshall B. Ketchum University, School of PA Studies, which he attended from 2018-2020. He has now joined the Salem Health Medical Group Cardiology practice. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, and outdoor activities. Please help us in welcoming David to the medical group and Salem Health.
