Dr. Hess practiced orthopedic surgery specializing in adult reconstruction focusing on primary and revision total hip and total knee arthroplasty procedures in Arizona for 4 years before relocating to Salem. He believes that the patient comes first and developing relationships based on trust and open communication is paramount. This partnership helps him create personalized treatment plans to meet each patients unique needs and goals. He enjoys spending time with his family and doing anything outdoors.
