Aimee J. Kwon, MD

Bio
Dr. Kwon practiced as a community hospital pediatrician in Bend for 2 years before joining Salem Health's innovative Pediatric Hospital Team. She also enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams to foster communication and improved patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer/futsal where she met her husband, outdoor adventure activities with her family, road and trail running and traveling to visit extended family and friends.

Interests
Along with working in inpatient community pediatrics, Dr. Kwon enjoys quality improvement research at the local, state and national levels. She also enjoys leading collaborative education to improve pediatric respiratory care for ill patients from the ER to the floor with the use of standardization protocols.
