Dr. Baldwin is an adult cardiac surgeon and actively involved in surgical education, along with research surrounding the management of rheumatic heart disease and minimally invasive valvular techniques. Dr. Baldwin prioritizes time with his family. He has maintained an interest in rowing since his time as a collegiate athlete. He is also a proud Vizsla owner.

Interests
Dr. Baldwin has a particular interest in coronary artery bypass grafting and complex valvular heart disease.
