As a family nurse practitioner, Jane is dedicated to partnering with patients on their wellness journeys, whether they are in acute need or working on lifelong health goals. In her current role she provides telehealth video visits to patients across our family medicine clinics. She strives to improve the quality of care provided and optimize the use of electronic health records. Outside of her practice, she enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling, and feels privileged to share her life with a wonderful family and friends. Her commitment to community health drives her passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
