Brandon H. Tieu, MD

Bio
Prior to becoming the medical director of thoracic surgery for Salem Health, he was an associate professor of surgery in the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at OHSU. He enjoys tennis, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Interests
Dr. Tieu does general Thoracic surgery with a primary interest in thoracic oncology and the management of lung cancer which involves all forms of pulmonary resections. His practice also incudes managing mediastinal masses, chest wall tumors, pleural disease including mesothelioma, and pulmonary metastases. He has a keen interest in minimally invasive surgery including both video-assisted and robotic-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.
