Amanda L. Swinehart, NNP

Bio
Amanda Swinehart is a board certified neonatal nurse practitioner who provides compassionate and family centered care to critically ill newborns at Salem Health. She received her MSN from Ohio State University, and has been a registered nurse since 2007 and a nurse practitioner since 2015. She joined Salem Health Medical Group in 2017. Amanda is also certified in obstetric and neonatal quality and safety and is a passionate leader in improving the quality of care for newborns at Salem Health. Originally from Ohio, Amanda has lived in the PNW since 2015. In her free time, Amanda can be found reading more than one book at a time, breaking a sweat on her Peloton, planning her family’s next travel adventure and attempting to keep pace with her three busy teenagers.
