Hospital employees can use their Salem Health network userID and password to access library databases from home or elsewhere off campus. Health care providers in the Salem Health service area will be granted access upon request. Other requests will be approved on a case-by-case basis. To request remote access to Staff Library databases, send an email addressed to library@salemhealth.org with the following information:

Name
Professional degree or certification (MD, DO, PhD, RN, etc.)
Specialty or job title
Clinic/office name and address
Phone number where you can be reached
Email address (be sure this is an address that you actually use)
