We’re excited to share that, starting April 8, 1050 SE Uglow Ave., Dallas, will be the new home for:
- Wound care
- Anticoagulation
- Infusion
- Medication management
- Outpatient rehabilitation services
This new location is just across Uglow Street from West Valley Hospital:
There will be no changes to appointment schedules and the telephone and fax numbers for each service will stay the same before and after the move. For appointments on or after April 8, please be sure to direct your patients to the new address:
