After months of hard work by our applicant tracking system implementation teams, I’m excited to share with you that the new application process is live!
The new system, iCIMS, is a market-leading platform that addresses many of the technology and capacity issues facing hiring managers and recruits. iCIMS will certainly make referring talent and applying for opportunities easier and more efficient.
Among other improvements, iCIMS will allow provider candidates to view all open positions via an easy search tool, submit CVs electronically and track their progress online.
