Beginning Jan. 15, 2019, Salem Health Surgery Clinic and Salem Health Vascular Surgery Clinic will be located on the Salem Hospital campus, Building B, first floor, at the north entrance of the building. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019, will be our last day at the current location.
The larger space will make it easier for patients to access clinic appointments and allow us to continue providing high quality care for the community. Phone numbers and the process for contacting us will remain the same.
