Training for the new version upgrade is now available. All Epic users should review the tip sheets on the Epic Upgrade SharePoint page (you will have to log in with your Epic username and password)
Helpful hint: this page is in the same location as the Epic Foundation Station. Click “Epic” in the purple toolbar at the top of the homepage and follow the links.
Physician training includes tip sheets and some traveling roadshows in physician lounges.
Inpatient providers have been assigned a highly recommended HealthStream computer-based training overview of the changes.
Though training has not been assigned as “mandatory,” completing the CBT and reviewing the tip sheets will be critical for a smooth transition.
