Beginning July 2, Salem Health Palliative Care, Pain Clinic and Neurology will be located on the Salem Hospital campus, Building C, fourth floor, Suite C4090. Thursday, June 27, will be the last day at their current locations.
The larger space will make it easier for patients to access clinic appointments and allow us to continue providing high quality care for the community. Phone numbers and the process for contacting each clinic will remain the same.
