As many of you know we have experienced a time of provider turnover in the palliative care program. Starting Nov. 23, 2020, our provider coverage will be limited to one provider two to three days per week until March. Due to this temporary limited provider staffing, we will be scoping our service to patients on oncology (5NW), NTCU, ICU/CVICU and/or have a TRACS physician as their attending provider. If your patient fits this criteria your consult will be reviewed and triaged, as appropriate. Please note, we are currently operating Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to build a strong palliative service to support you and the patients we serve.
