Telephone dictation ends Dec. 31

Use Dragon and Smart Phrases for documentation

On Wednesday, Dec. 31, the Telephone Dictation system will be retired. To support this transition, you have alternative ways to enter notes:

1. Dragon (DMO) dictation.
2. Epic Smart Phrases to pull in note templates. This includes H&Ps, progress notes, Operative Notes and D/C Summaries, etc.
