Learn how to send pages during downtime

Information Services will perform a scheduled Switchboard system upgrade from 1 to 5 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7. During this time, WebXChange (paging) will be unavailable, including access through the intranet and Epic.

How does this affect me?

If you use WebXChange to directly place pages, that functionality will be unavailable during the maintenance window. 

How to send a page during downtime:

• Call the Switchboard at 503-561-5200.
• Use Epic Secure Chat for communication as appropriate. 

What should I expect after the upgrade?

WebXChange services will be restored after upgrade. No changes to provider workflows are expected.
