Dr. Mehta recently took over leadership of the hospitalist program during a time when her own personal responsibilities were increasing. It’s now close to being fully staffed and everyone loves being part of that group. She engaged the group and fostered professional development. She brings new ideas to the improvement process. We feel very lucky to have her in our midst.
