Susan Redmond is Salem Health’s new Orthopedic, Neuromuscular and Rehabilitation Service Line director. She’s been with Salem Health for two and a half years, first as manager of Acute Therapy, then taking on the service line director role as an interim assignment for the past 10 months.
As I gathered feedback from front-line staff, leaders in and out of the division, and physicians, it became clear she has a passion for this work. Susan brings both clinical expertise as an occupational therapist as well as leadership experience from Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, where she also completed her MBA.
Susan enjoys exercising with her canine running partner, Winston, as well as exploring Oregon with her husband Mark.
