City sidewalks and landscape strips next to Salem Health's property are now smoke free, in addition to the campus itself. You will start to see new “no smoking” signs going up around campus soon to help communicate this.
Salem Health is committed to improving the health of our community. Resources are available for employees and staff who would like assistance to quit smoking. When an individual is smoking on the Salem Health campus, employees can gently remind them that this is a smoke-free area. Nicotine replacement options such as gum and patches are available in the pharmacy.
