Epic Foundation Phase I launched smoothly on Sept. 5 and introduces new features and workflow changes for Epic users across various service areas. We had very few calls for assistance and troubleshooting and were able to resume normal operations within three days.
We are gathering and applying lessons from this go-live as we look at the next batch of work — Epic Foundation Phase II, scheduled to go live Oct. 31.
