The fifth Annual Diabetes Symposium for Primary Care will be Oct. 11 at the Oregon Garden in Silverton. Cost for the all-day conference is $85; after Oct. 4 it’s $110. Focus will be on managing prediabetes, best practices for Type 2 patients, insulin pump management, and recognizing effects of bariatric surgery on patients with diabetes.
