Reference lab change for measles PCR testing

Measles virus qualitative Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) testing will now be sent to Associated Regional and University Pathologists laboratory (ARUP) rather than the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory (OSPHL).

The public health questionnaire and approval are no longer required prior to submitting specimens for testing. Positive results will be communicated to OSPHL to ensure mandatory reporting of positive cases.
