Ralph A. Yates - Excellence Above & Beyond

Many are very familiar with the compassion Dr. Yates shows for physicians, ever since taking over the CMO position. His work with focus groups to address physician burnout is testament to that. I personally had a chance to witness his compassionate side first-hand recently. I met with him regarding a complicated physician credentialing issue in my section and his handling of the situation left an impression on me. He showed utmost compassion for the physician involved and went above and beyond to make sure this physician was treated fairly. As our representative on the executive team, he displayed organizational empathy at its best and made sure there was no disruption in patient care due to this issue. Thank you Dr. Yates!
