PT Evaluation and Treat order changes start July 1 in Epic

As part of the A3 reduction in length-of-stay work, PT Evaluation and Treat orders are changing July 1 to include indications for ordering. The new order has been enhanced to include patient’s baseline mobility and the most recent nursing mobility assessment.
The goal for the new order is to reduce non-value-added PT orders that create waste and delays in the system.
