PREVIEW - OHSU Partners Strategy Deployment

In the next few weeks, OHSU Partners strategy work will be more visible when the first system level A3s (strategy planning documents) are finalized. The Strategic Advisory Committee at Salem Health played a critical role in the development of these documents. There will be more to discuss as the final drafts are unveiled.
You will see heavy emphasis on physician input and ownership. Physician engagement, well-being, partnerships, standards of care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and community access are some of the goals moving forward.
Change is here. Effective change requires strong physician leadership. The Medical Staff Office is transitioning to be everything we can be to help navigate these changes and support you through it. More discussion and innovation to follow at upcoming section meetings.
