Old badges to be disabled March 1

Starting March 1, Badge Pay will be turned off on all the old badges but the entry access will not be turned off at this time. We are working at getting all the new badges distributed to the medical staff.
Please come to Human Resources Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Security dispatch window in Building A at all other times, before March 1 to exchange your old badge for a new one.
The replacement ID badges are pre-printed, so it should be a quick stop.
Any badge pay balances on your account will be automatically migrated over to the new badge. The badge pay system is updated each day at 7 a.m., 11 a.m., 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. If you plan to buy a meal right after getting your new badge, please take note of those activation times and plan accordingly.
