Advanced Directives and POLSTs can now be uploaded for EpicCare Link users. Use the Upload Document activity to send files containing patient information. These files can then be added to the patient's chart. Users can upload documents from the Upload Document activity (Clinicals tab > Clinical Review > Upload Document), or their In Basket (In Basket tab > New Msg > Upload Document).
You can also click the Upload Document button to open the Upload Document window, to drag and drop files. Salem Health began allowing Advanced Directives and POLST uploads in July.
