The QOC now has a website on Salem Health’s intranet homepage, so you can learn what they’ve been up to, from minutes and data-driven projects, to the committee charter and members. It’s accessible only from the intranet, so you’ll need to be logged in. Look for the QOC button in the lower right.
You can submit a project idea, give feedback or voice a concern from this site. The form generates an email to the Problem Resolution Team, a group of physician and operational leaders. They triage problems and contact the submitting physician to discuss.
