Beginning Oct. 15, the medication history technicians will start using the "patient taking differently" function in Epic when updating the home medication list.
Yellow highlights (in the admission and discharge navigators) will make clear how the patient is deviating from a provider-signed Epic medication order. Click this link to see pictures.
