Updated version improves reliability

To improve Dragon reliability, Information Services has installed a new version of Epic and Dragon to certain computers bypassing Citrix.

You may see a new icon on your desktop to access this new version if the computer has been updated. Please refer to the tip sheet by the workstation (or the F1 dashboard) for help with the new application.

Is your workstation is missing one or both icons? Call the Help Desk at 503-814-HELP (4357) and be ready to provide the computer name (available in the corner of the desktop screen) and physical location including room number.
