As part of the ongoing rebranding efforts, new badges will be issued and available for pick-up soon.
The front of the new badge will include the new OHSU flame logo, and include your preferred name and credentials. The back of the badge will have your legal name. Both sides have your photo and it is important that neither side is covered with anything.
The new badges do not include the emergency code information currently on the back of badges. A separate card will be distributed at the badge swap with the codes. For security reasons, please do not store the code card in the badge sleeve, although it is best practice that this information be always accessible to our staff (i.e. wallet, pocket, etc.)
