As a reminder, Information Services takes Epic offline to apply system updates and fixes from 0200-0400 on the second Wednesdays.
A patient safety risk was discovered in the update set prior to the downtime in early November, so we delayed. However, because of the holidays, and upcoming enhancements and fixes in the update packages, we have scheduled an ad hoc downtime in addition to the normal December downtime.
So, please note! Epic will be offline during the scheduled 0200-0400 downtime window on Nov. 30 and Dec. 14.
