Medical Staff Engagement Survey results are in!

Medical staff participation in this year’s survey again exceeded national norms. Thank you for taking time to share your insights with us. 
The Medical Staff Engagement Committee works closely with our vendor, Integrated Healthcare Strategies, to create the survey and analyze the results. Integrated Healthcare Strategies prepares an executive overview comparing our results to last year’s and to national norms. They provide us a clear picture of our strengths and weaknesses and where we can focus our efforts to improve physician engagement. Our Physician Engagement A3 strategy work is now directly tied to survey results so that we’re focusing on the areas that matter to you.
We’ve identified dates for the vendor’s site visit to present the results to the medical staff and administration. We welcome and encourage your participation.
